In Bush’s last year in office, the discourse around him has increasingly been about his legacy. The consensus seems to be that he will be judged by the outcome of Iraq, America’s greatest experiment since the proxy wars of the Cold War.

In Defense of Bubba

Our man, Bill. He has been one of the most influential forces of the post-Cold War world, if you’ll excuse the cliché. Amongst the movers and shakers, he’s one of the most mobile and one of the shakiest (so to speak).
